Bertram is a understanding, outgoing and friendly person. Not much is known about him but it's shown that he's willing to help his friends and family, shown in Stuffed Up in the Smokebox, towards the end. When his brother; Charles, mentions how his brother is in charge while him and his family take a vacation.
